THE LOCATION…This community claims the corner of two quiet residential streets – Ulysses Street and West Twelfth Avenue. Many amenities are within walking distance, including several churches, a shopping area, and access to public transportation.THE BUILDINGS…The Ulysses Senior Housing Community is a collection of six buildings on 2½ acres. Each structure contains four residences, for a total of just 24 homes. The buildings are designed to echo the residences of historic Golden while utilizing materials that will provide a low-maintenance exterior for years to come.
