Double Pop Top

This project involved a pop top addition over the main portion of the house and extended the existing upper level to align with the face of the garage. The design significantly increased the useable living space while maintaining the original footpring of the home.

The new upper level includes an additional bedroom, a spacious primary suite, a dedicated yoga and office space, a loft area, and a small library nook. These new spaces allow the home to better support the owners’ lifestyle while providing flexibility for work, relaxation, and everyday living.
