KL&A LOVELAND

The joint venture between KL&A and the family occupying the second floor created an interesting dynamic and design issues, but in the end worked beautifully.  Using exposed brick, raw steel accents, milling some salvaged wood flooring, and other touches, we created a space that works for both entities.
