TABLE MOUNTAIN CANTILEVER HOUSE

The house was designed around the sweeping south views of the valley below, with a focused north view of the mesa above. All main living spaces, including the master suite, are on the upper floor, with an open staircase and an elevator providing full access to the lower level. At less than 3,000 square feet, this house has all the amenities anyone could desire.

Sustainability: Double stud exterior walls, two layers of roof insulation, roof-mounted photovoltaic panels, passive solar design with exterior shading devices
